Ghettogether Reunion Committee Members

"Behind every great woman, there's a great man!" Now, you may be asking yourself, "What the heck does that have to do with anything on this page?" Nothing whatsoever, but we thought we'd throw that in there just to introduce you to those individuals working behind the scenes to put the 2003 SAHS Ghettogether Reunion together. So, without further ado, here they are (What's an "ado"?).


  • Annie Calibo Ampley '83, Fort Washington, Md.

  • Forever to be known as the girl with hair past her bu .... this former starting guard for the Lady Stallions is currently serving in the Air Force in the Washington, D.C. area. She has two children and resides in Fort Washington, Md.






  • Dorie Velezis Black '88, Springfield, Va.

  • Dorie and her husband, Matt, live in Springfield, Va., with their dog, Gus.









  • Martina Raymer Boone '87, Norfolk, Va.

    • After leaving Stuttgart in 1985, Martina moved to Kentucky (via New Jersey) where she graduated from Fort Knox High School. She then headed to college and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1991. She's currently a Employee Benefits Broker in Norfolk, Virginia. She's been married for over three years to a wonderful Navy man, Chris, and they have a beautiful little girl, Kristina. Martina and her family live in Norfolk, Virginia.





  • Pata Smith Hall '85, Glenarden, Md.

    • Pata left Stuttgart in '84 and returned to Arlington, Virginia, where she attended Wakefield High School. After graduation she received a full scholarship to attend UHC (University of Husband and Child). While at UHC, she earned a B.S. in Life and subsequently received an honorary PhD for 16 years of extensive course work, research, and dedication to the same husband, children, and a couple of homes. In her spare time she earned a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland, Magna Cum Laude. She currently works for the Motorcycle Industry Council as a Government Relations Program Coordinator. In addition to working part-time for her husband's catering business, she also volunteers as a girl's AAU basketball coach. She's also working toward a certification as a personal trainer. Pata and her husband have three children and reside in Maryland.


  • Jake Hamilton '84, Laurel, Md.

    • Upon graduating from SAHS, this former varsity basketball standout attended junior college in Texas and played JUCO basketball. After a career cut short by injuries, he decided to join the Air Force and served a tour (less than four years). He then returned to Germany and played semi-pro hoops. Ironically, he returned to SAHS to help coach the junior varsity basketball team as well. He currently lives in Germantown, Maryland, and works as a computer network engineer.





  • Leanne Bretzfelder Shroeder '84, Vienna, Va.

    • Married, the mother of two, and former SAHS Stallions cheerleader, lives and works in Virginia.







  • Speedy Sutton '82, Clinton, Md.

    • Recently RETIRED from the Air Force after more than 20 years! Left SAHS and spent a year at college before going into the Air Force. Spent the majority of his career in the intelligence communications field, two stints with the Air Force Presidential Honor Guard and the remainder in public relations. Landed a sports/entertainment public relations position after retiring from the Air Force. He currently resides in Clinton, Md., but preparing to move input a new home. and is the divorced father of four; three sons and a daughter (16, 13, 3 and 5).



  • Karen Wren '84, Alexandria, Va.

    • Leaving SAHS after only being their six months, she moved to Fort Belvoir, VA. There she attended and graduated from Hayfield High School, Alexandria, VA, and has lived in the Washington, D.C. area for 21 years, and currently reside in Alexandria, VA. After high school she started working for the government and has done so for 18 years. Her current position is a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) for Defense Commissary Agency. She is currently single, and a proud aunt of two nephews and a niece.

  • Terri Williams Fink '86, Sterling, Va.

    • Terri and her husband, Larry, are the proud parents of Celine and James David. They currently live in Sterling, Va.







  • Maria Giannakis Morley '84, Atlanta, Ga.

    • A former Stallionette captain and Lady Stallions varsity soccer forward, she's most likely remembered as Ian Morley's "other half". After SAHS, she went on to graduate from the University of Kansas, then moved to Athens, Greece for several years where she worked as an Events Coordinator for the U.S. Embassy and American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce. She now lives in "Hotlanta" and is a flight attendant 'flying the friendly skies' with Delta Air Lines.






  • Marco Ocadiz '84, Ellicott City, Md.

    • Marco, a single father of three, currently works for the U.S. Department of Agriculture as a producer and translator, and currently lives in Ellicott City, Md.






  • Tyler Harris Pitre '88, Clovis, New Mexico.

    • Tyler and her husband, Martin, are both in the Air Force and live in a Washington, D.C., suburb in Maryland along with their three children.
